Tender description
To develop a social progress index (we will likely call it the 2040 index or something like that). This will be based on five main measures (based around Maslow's hierarchy of need) and will focus on poverty and the cost of living crisis, along with the EDI agenda. SPI will also teach our team to develop the model further, so they can maintain it going forward.
