<p><span style="text-decoration: underline">Public Realms and Business Ecosystems</span></p> <p>In 2015, the Mayor of London established a new Mayoral Development Corporation referred to as Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) to lead regeneration of the Old Oak and Park Royal Opportunity Area.This is one of London’s largest regeneration projects and is important for the future of London. Over the next 30+ years, 25,500 new homes will be developed, and over 1 million square metres of employment space delivered.</p> <p>This brief seeks to commission the services for a research and design team to give insight into the Park Royal ‘Business Ecosystem’ (PRBE). The appointed consultancy team will; produce a research report on the business ecosystem and employment space typologies of Old Park Royal (OPR), identify opportunities for design improvements, administering small capital grants (up to £50,000 in total) for local businesses and organisations to deliver modest, physical improvements to building frontages, associated curtilage, and wayfinding.</p> Keywords: Employment, Business Ecosystem, Research, Design, Improvements, Report
