Tender description
The scope of this project is to seek one or more service providers across all Lots to deliver specialist technical skilled bootcamp. The contract will commence from 13th June 2022 until March 2023 and is being led and administered by Hull training and Adult Education Hull City Council. The Service Provider(s) shall be expected to deliver high quality flexible training programmes to address the needs of adults aged 19+. Delivery is based at level 3 – 5 lasting up to 16 weeks and a minimum of 60 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) based on employer sector in demand. All learning must be instructed under the guidance of a lecturer, supervisor tutor or appropriate provider of education and training whilst on the skilled bootcamps. All projects must demonstrate extensive evidence of employer involvement in the design of their delivery of their skilled Bootcamps. Lot 50974: Lot 1 - F Gas Accredited Heat pump Engineer The two-week Bootcamp training programme will provide the industry recognised qualifications and skills to existing heating engineers to transition to the heat pump market. The programme is designed to transition existing heating engineers to confidently install, commission both monobloc and split type heat pumps. See tender documents for instructions Lot 50976: Lot 2 - Monobloc Accredited Heat pump Engineer This Training programme is designed to transition existing gas heating engineers to confidently install, commission and service monobloc heating systems. The programme will include MCS recognised BPEC heat pump systems qualifications and a BPEC Low temperatures Hot Water Heating Systems designed. See tender documents for instructions. Lot 50977: Lot 3 - Advanced Fibre Engineer This Training programme will include bespoke modules at Level 3 aligned to industry standards and certification. Programmes will be delivered to include 60 Guided Learning Hours (GLH). There is a blended approach which includes classroom, workshop and one to one guidance sessions.See tender documentation for instructions. Lot 50979: Lot 4 - Fibre Engineer This Training programme will include bespoke modules at L3 aligned to industry standards and certification. Programmes will be delivered over 4 weeks – 20 days full-time basis minimum 60 guided learning Hours (GLH) participants can be those wishing to upskill and or those currently employed and in the job market. Lot 50980: Lot 5 - Agricultural Robotic Solutions This Training programmes will include bespoke modules at L3 and 4 and aligned to industry standards and certification. Programmes will be delivered on a part-time basis over 6-8 weeks 60 Guided Learning Hours (GLH) using a range of delivery techniques including on-line and blended learning to maximise participation.See tender documentation for instructions Lot 50981: Lot 6 - Agricultural Precision Data Solutions This Training programmes will include bespoke modules at L3 and 4 and aligned to industry standards and certification. Programmes will be delivered on a part-time basis over 6-8 weeks (60 GLH) using a range of delivery techniques including on-line and blended learning to maximise participation.See tender documentation for instructions. Lot 50982: Lot 7 - Green Transport This Training programme will be delivered on a part-time basis over a maximum of 10 weeks and will use a blended approach of practical workshops, online facilitated learning and one-to-one tutorial support which will ensure that training is tailored to the specific needs of the participant.See tender documentation for instructions. Lot 50984: Lot 8 - EV Charging Point Installation This training is For qualified electricians- programmes will be delivered on a part-time basis over a maximum of 12 weeks. The programme will use a blended approach of practical workshops, online facilitated learning and one-to-one tutorial support which will ensure that training is tailored to the specific needs of the participant.
