<p>Northumberland County Council (‘NCC’), working in partnership with Advance Northumberland and Bernicia, wishes to commission an experienced consultancy team to undertake a comprehensive study examining options for the regeneration of the Hirst housing estate in the town of Ashington, and to develop a masterplan as the basis to attract investment and drive forward the future regeneration of the area The budget for the delivery of all elements of this contract is up to £120,000.00 excluding VAT.
