Meath County Council seeks suitably qualified consultants with specific experience in flood risk assessment and the processes effecting coastal erosion, to carry out a Coastal Erosion and Flood Risk Management Study for the Meath coastline. Consultancy services are required for the following scope of work:- • Review and Assess Existing Information • Identify Information Gaps & Arrange for Necessary Field Surveys • Surveys of Existing Coastal Protection Structures and Other Surveys • Assessment of Existing Coastal Processes and Coastline Evolution • Prepare Detailed Current & Future Scenario Coastal Change Maps • Detailed Coastal Flooding and Erosion Risk Assessments • Preliminary Environmental Assessment & Consultation • Options & Feasibility Assessment • Preparation of a Flooding and Coastal Erosion Risk Management Plan • Economic Assessment of Benefits & Costs • Reporting & Recommendations
