Tender description
Besides offering access to a market data and intelligence platform (details given in Specification section below), the following requirements have been identified: • Training: An onboarding process, focusing on the functionality of the platform and understanding data sets. • Continuous Support: Technical support available 24/7 for users of the platform. Within day business support to provide assistance from a market expert to find the correct information on the platform and/or to resolve any data errors. Please refer to Appendix 1 within the RFT for the full specification.
