Marino Point Site Enabling Works - Phase 1 Demolition

Tender description

Works will involve the site compound set up for the overall project, demolition work, site infill works, and minor drainage works. There are numerous concrete, masonry and steel buildings and concrete yard slabs that require demolition. The Concrete and masonry from the demolition works shall be processed on site (by crushing) to provide a suitable certified engineering fill that will be used to infill an existing tidal lagoon and other voids around the site, left by disused under-ground tanks and chambers. Works will also include drainage works as part of the lagoon infill Please refer to the preliminary demolition schedule in appendix 1
