<p>Health and Social Care across Gloucestershire. Since November 2015 Gloucestershire County Council, NHS Gloucestershire Clinical. Commissioning Group and Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust have jointly commissioned Domiciliary Care, and community-based support services for adults (and where regulations allow, children) with a learning disability, physical disability, autism and/or a mental health condition, through several different frameworks. Gloucestershire, as an Integrated Care System, is working to develop services for individuals who have the highest level of need and require specialist input with their care and support. This procurement is a new approach for a single multi-provider framework under separate LOTS. The aim is to integrate procurement processes, minimize duplication and encourage providers in Gloucestershire to diversify if they wish to.
