Framework for Pre-construction Services

Northern Trains Limited is establishing a Framework for the provision of professional design and project management services to support the delivery of its programme of capital and maintenance works. Lot 1: Lead Designer & Principal Designer Support Services The type of Work Packages that may be commissioned via the Framework will typically comprise but are not limited to the following - Lead Designer Consultant Services, Principal Designer Consultant Services Surveying, including Specialist Surveys, Architectural Support Services, Feasibility and Design Services and Specialist Advice. The duration of this Framework will be a maximum of 8 years in total, a 4-year initial term with the option to extend by a further 48 months. No individual extension will be granted for a period longer than 24 months. Lot 2: Project Management Services The type of Work Packages that may be commissioned via the Framework will typically comprise but are not limited to the following - Quality Assurance Services, Cost Management, Contract Administration Services and Quantity Surveyor Services. The duration of this Framework will be a maximum of 8 years in total, a 4-year initial term with the option to extend by a further 48 months. No individual extension will be granted for a period longer than 24 months.
