The Contracting Authority requires proposals for a suitably experienced Service Provider to coordinate, design, print and distribute a souvenir brochure for St. Patrick’s Festival 2023. The required Services include but are not limited to: Brochure planning Identifying sales and revenue opportunities Sell advertising spaces to sponsors Brochure design and printing Sales plan Delivery and distribution The service provider would be responsible for covering all the costs of producing the above and will be required to put together a business plan and proposal for a guaranteed income return to St. Patrick’s Festival in return for the rights to print, distribute and sell the St. Patrick’s Festival souvenir brochure.
