Tender description
Westminster City Council is seeking to procure a Delivery Partner to undertake the delivery of a Council owned site consisting of 87 Affordable Homes comprised of 65 Extra Care Homes (ECH) and 22 General Needs Homes (GNH). The Delivery Partner is required to Design and Build the GNH and either Design and Build (DB) or Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) the ECH on a short or long lease basis (eg 15 or 125 year lease).
