Tender description
In summary, the services comprise of BER Assessments for Cloncreen Wind Farm DAC as part of its Near Neighbour Scheme. BER Assessments are currently required for residents within 1.7km of Cloncreen Wind Farm which is approximately 160 homes subject to residents singing up for a BER Assessment. BER Assessments may be also required for additional projects over the duration of this contract. The Contracting Entity reserves the right to seek additional quotes from the successful Tenderer arising from this process. Tenderers should note that the Contracting Entity may change for BER Assessments for additional projects. Please refer to Appendix 1 of the RFT for full requirements and specifications.
