Scottish Government have appointed a service provider to deliver a 6 month short term crisis response programme in relation to management of Ukrainian displaced persons arriving to Scotland. The outline scope of the contract includes: 1. Development of a detailed options response plan for agreement by Scottish Government and its partners to allow for consideration of options for a strategy for temporary safe accommodation in relation to Displaced Persons at a number of sites across Scotland. 2. Provide suitably skilled and experienced staff to support the humanitarian response to the required international standards to support and assist the Scottish Government and Cosla in delivery of the super sponsor scheme (technical assistance, procurement support, logistics & planning, and associated services). 3. Consider an operational team with suitable capability and capacity to run, if required, a national humanitarian arrivals centre, and coordinate and plan the onward destination of Ukrainians entering the country. 4. Deliver rapid deployment of any agreed contingency accommodation and support services on a planned site by site basis, that adheres to UNHCR requirements and to any further standard agreed with Scottish Government.
