The Board of Management of Ballyheada NS invites you to tender for Architectural Services (including the buying-in of additional services for other disciplines as required) for the above project. Please see attached the Letter of Approval and the Schedule of Accommodation. In summary, the project will comprise: • 1 x Classroom SEN Base 207.4 m2 • 2 x SET Rooms 15 m2 each • Universal Access Toilet 4.5 m2 Gross Floor Area (including circulation and internal walls: 254 m2 Also: External • Secure soft play area: 50 m2 • Parking: 3 spaces The approximate level of grant is €1,100,000 including VAT & Fees.
