An Overarching Agreement for the Provision of Residential and Nursing Care Services 1st July 2018 – 31st March 2023

As a purchaser of residential and nursing placements in Leeds, your care home(s) has been invited to apply to be part of the new Overarching agreement. This introduction is intended to summarise the application process which commences on 7th June 2018. The Overarching agreement will commence 1st July 2018 and expire 31st March 2023. This Overarching agreement in this context is an overarching agreement for a list of providers of care homes (within the Leeds boundary) who are willing to accommodate LCC funded placements in accordance with the requirements set out in the specification. The framework will work in the way that all homes under this arrangement will be required to comply with the specification in order to ensure a consistent level of quality. However, each individual resident placement will be covered by a Care Home Individual Service Agreement (CHISA).
