Tender description

Temporary accommodation is being sought due to an expected rise in homelessness over the next 12 months. Cheshire East Council are looking to explore ways in which we can procure an initial 20 properties which are required to be located in a variety of areas across the Cheshire East borough. The number of properties may increase and there may be a requirement to consider more innovative solutions if more housing is needed. The Council wishes to consult with suitably experienced organisations that have a proven track record in operating temporary accommodation. The purposes of this consultation are to seek the views of market participants and to help the Council in a potential future procurement process.
