Tender description
Wicklow County Council wishes to appoint a Service Provider (consultant) with a range of relevant experience to formulate, develop and illustrate options for a Masterplan for Wicklow County Campus, Rathnew, Co. Wicklow; recommending the best use and future development potential for lands and existing buildings on the campus while having regard to its historical context and wider natural and cultural heritage significance. The successful project team should be multi-disciplinary in nature and will include expertise in Enterprise Hub development, land use planning, architecture, transport planning, landscape architecture, built / natural heritage and professional ecological services.
