Tender description
This is for the requirement for a 475 kW highly stabilised DC power supply, used to power a dipole magnet application at the ISIS accelerator facility. Further information and details can be found within the Specification. Lot 1: The Specification details the requirements in more detail, however the requirements summary is as follows: • Unipolar 9500 A / 50 V DC output • ±100 ppm DC output current stability • Modular design • Fed from a nominal 400 VRMS AC, 3-phase, 50 Hz sinusoidal supply • Incorporated control and protection systems • Intrinsically safe design • High efficiency • High reliability and maintainability • Fully compliant and marked with relevant standards.
