Limerick City and County Council Active Travel (The Contracting Authority) seeks to set up a Framework of Ecological Consultants (the “Consultant”) for a number of services including Ecological Surveys (Bat / Bird/ Mammals etc), AA screening/AA, EIA screening/EIAR and Biodiversity Management Plan for different Active Travel Schemes across the county.
