The Procurement Service have identified a suitable and accessible framework as follows: Framework: SXL for Road Maintenance Materials, 30-17 Lot 2: Drainage Products Framework Period: 17 September 2018 until 31 August 2022 OJEU Reference: 2018/S 104-237181 The Council’s Roads and Transportation Service have an ongoing requirement for Supply and Delivery of Drainage Products. The following weightings were used to determine the most economically advantageous tender: Quality (Technical) 20% Price (Commercial) 80% In evaluating the Technical element of the bid, the Council took forward, unchanged, the suppliers Technical Scores from appointment to Lot 2 of the Scotland Excel Road Maintenance Materials Framework. The Most Economically Advantageous Tender was identified as Grafton Merchanting GB Limited.
