Tender description
"Due to the decommsissioning of the VDI service at LCC, 96 Physical Dell servers requiring disposal. Some of these servers have been temporararily re purposed - but will need disposal in the near future. We also have items of the old Dell SAN still in the racks which also require disposal. As we have so many items, we spoke to Dell who said they provide a service to recover Dell assets. This service will also payback monies for certain models/items based on condition and age. This service has a small cost to set up - < £5K - but it is far outweighed by the potential returns we could get.
