<p>Southend on Sea Borough Council are seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to carry out the construction and design of 2/3 no new build café units to be located at East Beach Shoeburyness. The new standalone building will provide indoor seating, toilets, services areas, outdoor seating area and fabric sail canopies. The contract will be let under JCT 2016 Design and Build with Employers Requirements, drawings, contract sum analysis, building specification, mechanical and electrical specification.
