1.1 Orkney Islands Council (the “Authority”) on behalf of the Orkney and Shetland Valuation Joint Board (the “Board”) seeks to commission up to five legal services contractors under a framework contract arrangement. 1.1 Orkney Islands Council (the “Authority”) on behalf of the Orkney and Shetland Valuation Joint Board (the “Board”) seeks to commission up to five legal services contractors under a framework contract arrangement. The contractors appointed to the contract will be required to provide legal services to the Board on an “as and when required basis” on a range of areas including commercial contracts and transactions, commercial property, regulatory and public law and dispute resolution.
