South Dublin County Council proposes to develop a new library in the Citywest/Fortunestown area. The Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified interested parties for: • the identification of a site • proposal to develop a library on that site • acquisition of the completed development by the council Lot 252985: Provision of a site and development of a new library for Citywest to include design and obtaining planning permission Submissions must be submitted online via the electronic postbox on www.etenders.gov.ie before October 6th, 2022 at 4pm
