Tender description

The Lancashire Highway Services (LHS) provide a countywide service for the construction and maintenance of highways, bridges, lighting and associated civil engineering works, environmental and grounds maintenance works, plus a range of weather and emergency response services (for snow, ice, floods, gale damage, traffic accidents etc). The Authority is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for cement and mortar material supplies to be delivered to the Authority. This is a multi-supplier framework agreement comprising two lots and by submitting a successful tender for Lot 1 the supplier will automatically be appointed to Lot 2. The lots are: Lot 1 - Standard Goods Lot 2 - Competed Goods
