Expressions of Interest for Community Engagement Learning Partners

Tender description

<p>The Borough Council of Bolton (the “Council”) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Provider(s) who have a proven track record in working with the public sector and who understand the challenges that are faced by providing local services with reduced budgets. The Provider(s) will work with the Public Health Community Engagement Team to apply the theory of change management to support a system wide change to how Bolton Council engages with communities. This will be a time limited piece of work that will be used to influence culture change within the organisation.
