Wealden District Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a regular cleaning service of the Councils retirement living courts and general needs blocks / stairwells.The winning contractor must deliver high quality, efficient, professional routine, periodic and reactive cleaning services. This is a five year contract with an option to extend for a further 2x12 months. Lot 1: Wealden District Council (‘the Council’) are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to provide a regular cleaning service of the Councils retirement living courts and general needs blocks / stairwells.The winning contractor must deliver high quality, efficient, professional routine, periodic and reactive cleaning services. Specialist or deep cleaning of specific areas within set frequencies and times as may be required by the Council.
