Tender description

Database and Customer Relationship Management System for the University's Alumni Database & Customer Relationship Management System for University’s Alumni Under Regulation Reg 6(1)(b)(ii) of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016, a contracting authority may award a contract without competition based on the following justification: Competition is absent for technical reasons (only if it is not caused by artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement and no reasonable alternative or substitute exists). Raiser’s Edge NXT provided by Blackbaud is the sole depository for graduate information held by the University. It is critical to day-to-day operations and is irreplaceable at this stage. A formal procurement process will be carried out in the near future for a contract for September 2023 onwards.
