Tender description

DHA wishes to enter into Measured Term Contract Agreements (MTCA) with a suitably qualified and experienced contractor in the provision of Close Cleaning Services as detailed in the specification. The MTCA will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at the Association discretion. A single supplier with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) for providing all the service listed above will be awarded to provide all the service provision.
