Undertake asbestos removal and remediation works in domestic and residential buildings Lot 1: A WPA Compliance framework: Workstream 2a: Domestic asbestos removal and remediation. Workstream 2b: Non-domestic asbestos removal and remediation. Economic operators to undertake the following tasks: — Licensed Asbestos Removal and Remediation, — Notifiable non-licensed work, — Non-licensed work. All work to cover all aspects/areas of the fabric of a property and the services contained therein. Regional lots: LN-North Wales, LM-Mid Wales, LS-South Wales Workstreams and regions operate independently of one another. Please note there is also a separate CAN for Asbestos Consultants. WPA clients have a diverse property portfolio with different volumes of asbestos management needs.
