As per details in - II.1.4) Short description: Lot 1: An WPA Compliance framework: Workstream 1a: Domestic asbestos consultants Workstream 1b: Non-domestic asbestos consultants To undertake the following tasks: Independent consultancy service Asset management plans Management survey Asbestos refurbishment survey Void Property refurbishment survey Four stage clearance and air test All surveys to cover all aspects/areas of the fabric of the building and the services contained therein. Regional lots: LN-North Wales, LM-Mid Wales, LS-South Wales Workstreams and regions operate independently of one another. Please note there is also a separate CAN for Asbestos Removals. WPA clients have a diverse property portfolio with different volumes of asbestos management needs.
