Tender description

<p>A framework for the supply of Supply of Artist brushes, Artist grounds, portfolios, easels and mats for delivery to ESPO's distribution centre and for direct delivery:</p> <p>Lot 1 - Artist Brushes<br>Lot 2 - Painting Tools and Equipment<br>Lot 3 - Artist Books, Pads and Papers<br>Lot 4 - Canvasses and Wooden Easels<br>Lot 5 - Drying Wracks and Metal Easels<br>Lot 6 - Portfolios<br>Lot 7 - Pots, Palettes and Jars</p> <p>The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 23 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period.</p> <p>The minimum financial requirement for the purposes of the current tender exercise is stated in the procurement documents.</p> <p>This framework will operate on-going contract monitoring procedures following award, to ensure financial stability requirements are maintained.</p> <p>Credit rating checks will be carried out on a regular basis, using the credit rating agency, Creditsafe Business Solutions Limited.</p> <p>Any changes will be assessed (compared with a baseline credit rating score obtained at contract award stage) and significant changes or sustained degradation will be investigated.</p> Keywords: Handicraft, Educational Equipment, Art supplies, Art and Craft, 161_23, Artists Grounds, Brushes and Painting tools
