152. - Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy Framework for Small Projects

Tender description

The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a number of appropriately qualified Mechanical & Electrical Consultancy firms under a framework agreement to design and advise on the smaller projects and maintenance works, usually in the range of £50k to £250k that the college is often undertaking predominantly using the internal surveying/project team. The college has one Mechanical and one Electrical engineer who are partially or fully committed on maintenance works. This framework is to provide M&E consultancy to the surveying/project team and assistance to the M&E Engineers as workload dictates it.
