West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) Older Persons' Residential and Nursing Home Services DPS

Tender description

In accordance with Regulation 34(28)(a) Public Contracts Regulations 2015, West Northamptonshire Council has made a decision to extend the period of validity of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Provision of Older Persons' Residential and Nursing Home Services until 30th April 2023. This extension applies to West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) only. All Providers currently registered on the DPS will remain on the DPS and do not need to take any further action. Potential Providers who wish to submit a tender to apply in getting onto the DPS must pass the exclusion criteria and meet the selection criteria set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) to be appointed to the DPS. The number of suppliers who can be awarded a place on the DPS is unlimited. To access the tender documentation and submit a tender response Potential Providers will need to register on WNC's In-Tend e-tendering portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/wnc/aspx/Home) and submit a response to Project: WNC00000182 entitled 'West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) Older Persons' Residential and Nursing Home Services DPS' which replaces the DPS previously set-up on the LGSS ProContract Portal (Ref: DN540276).
