Tender description

The Contract will cover the reprocessing of separately collected Food Waste arising in Stratford on Avon District Council and Warwick District Council. Lot 1: The Contract will cover the reprocessing of separately collected Food Waste arising in Stratford on Avon District Council and Warwick District Council. The estimated total value of the contract is an overall income to the Council of approximately £450,000 this is based on processing an estimated tonnage of separately collected food waste arising from the two Districts over the full term of 18 months. Additional information: The contract was awarded using regulation 32,(2)(c): Insofar as is strictly necessary where, for reasons of extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable by the contracting authority, the time limits for the open or restricted procedures or competitive procedures with negotiation cannot be complied with.
