Health Education England are putting out this notice as a VEAT notice with a view to completing a Direct Award to Vimeo. The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE TEL wish to renew the subscription for a final 12 months (until October 2023). This will be the last Vimeo subscription renewal as elfh will be migrating all video content hosted on Vimeo Due to these requirements TEL believes that renewing their subscription with Vimeo to be the most practical option to continue using the service to ensure we can continue to deliver videos on our planned e-learning sessions. Summary of Vimeo services to HEE elfh: • Vimeo hosts a bespoke premium video streaming service that provides a secure platform for high quality videos with customized publishing options. • The elfh platform team has configured the elfh hub to integrate with the Vimeo video player. • Vimeo's unique security feature of domain-level privacy option enables elfh to allow specific website, Royal Colleges, partner organizations and tenants access to video content. • Vimeo reporting - Detailed engagement and duration graphs to track how elfh videos perform over time, from days to years. • Video rights management - elfh own the rights to the uploaded videos. • Benefit to HEE elfh users - the NHS health and care workforce: Vimeo premier video delivery service: AD-free, high quality videos that are streamlined for multiple browsers, mobile devices and various operating systems. • HEE elfh believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the services above for the duration of this contract. The financial envelope for this VEAT is $20,448.00. At the current exchange rate this is estimated to be £17,265.27. The closing date of this VETA is 12:00hrs (midday) on 30/08/2022
