Tender description
<p>To avoid placing children in unregistered provision, ECC has a programme to acquire and refurbish 4 properties in Essex for use as solo registered children’s homes. This tender is for the care provider for the first of these provisions. The purpose of this particular solo property will be to create a safe place where a child can be fully supported with high quality trauma informed care whilst a more permanent and longer-term placement is sought. This is a short term, solo bed placement to be used in an emergency basis.
