Supply for CCTV Maintenance Contract REF: - RFT 02.2022

Tender description

Dublin Bus requires a suitably qualified party to service, maintain, repair, monitor and respond to all call outs in relation to security alarms and CCTV. Specification a) A qualified service engineer must be made available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year. Please confirm. b) The service engineer must be a qualified electrician also. Please provide evidence of this. c) Maintenance must be carried out twice per year. Please confirm. d) Must comply with EN 50131. Please provide evidence of this. e) At least two responding staff should have current personal PSA clearance certificates for works involving the high security cash areas within BAC premises. Please provide evidence of this. f) Must be members of RECI. Please provide a copy of the certification. Must be able to fulfil the requirements of a “Data Processor” as outlined in GDPR legislation May 2018. The Contract will be for three years with the option of 2 * 12-month extensions.
