South West London Sexual Health & HIV Prevention Service for High Risk Groups

Tender description

Sexual health services targeted to at risk groups across south west London with a view to improving access to sexual health and HIV prevention and support services for high risk groups sector-wide. The service will provide a community-based support offer that is reactive to service user needs, supporting them to improve and maintain their sexual and relationship health through appropriate methods which will vary by population group. This will include outreach and support in community settings as well as making best use of digital technology. The service will complement existing clinical HIV, sexual and reproductive health services in each borough by ensuring robust referral pathways are in place and making best use of partnership opportunities.
