Specialist role Developer Expected Contract Length 12 months Latest start date Saturday 1 October 2022 Maximum Day Rate 300 Who Speclialist Work With The exisiting team is a broad multi disciplinary team delivering a transformative, business critical ad high profile contact centre modernisation programme. What Specialists Work On The individual specialist will work within the DWP Contact Centre Modernisation Programme. As an Associate Application Engineer, you will contribute to and support the design, development and maintenance of Application products. You will work within the overall Application Development Lifecycle Process as part of a delivery team focused on one or more products. Skills & Experience • Java Script Knowledge/Experience • Node JS Knowledge/Experience • Experience of Application Lifecycle process • Experience of Development of simple programmes • Experience of Coding of simple programmes • Understanding of modern standards approach Nice to Haves Familiar with the priciples of integration & how these should be incorporated within the design of solutions Work Location The individual will be aligned to DWP Mancester Hub or Peel Park, Blackpool. Working Arrangments The individual will be based at the DWP Manchester or Blackpool site 2 days of the week aligned to the DWP Hybrid working policy. Expenses incurred for hybrid working will not be reimbursed. Security Clearance BPSS No. of Specialists to Evaluate 5 Cultural Fit Criteria • Experience of working within large scale organisations • Show a positive approach to keeping efforts focused on the top priorities • Promote a culture of following the appropriate procedures to ensure results are achieved on time whilst still enabling innovation.
