Request for Information - Provision of a Rostering and Care Planning Tool

<p>PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS A RFI NOT A TENDER</p> <p>Buckinghamshire Council (the Council) is requesting information about the provision of a Rostering and Care Planning Tool as its current contract is due to end in October 2023. The Council requires further information on what is available from suppliers in order to help shape a future procurement process. Questions are categorised accordingly.&nbsp;</p> <p>Any Rostering and Care Planning Tool that Buckinghamshire Council eventually procures will have to demonstrate:&nbsp;<br>- &nbsp; &nbsp;A robust system that includes an IOS and Android supported worker app for lone worker support,<br>- &nbsp; &nbsp;A reporting mechanism that is adaptable to the changing reports required by the service&nbsp;<br>- &nbsp; &nbsp;A way to document Care Plans which allows workers to upload visitation notes, &nbsp;<br>- &nbsp; &nbsp;Service-wide view of wallchart (including filter functions for all workers, teams, locations, calls/ visits by week, day, month.)</p> <p><br><br></p> Keywords: Care Planning, Adult Social Care, Rostering
