FSS has an upcoming requirement to conduct research to establish a baseline understanding of the microbiological risks of food sold over social media. Lot 1: Food Standards Scotland (FSS) has an upcoming requirement to engage a Contractor(s) to conduct research to establish a baseline understanding of the microbiological risks of food sold over social media. The research will focus on ready to eat food products sold in Scotland from a domestic environment directly via social media. FSS would like to engage with suppliers who may be interested in supplying all or part of the services required. Information provided will be used to inform the procurement of the services.
