<p>The London Borough of Waltham Forest (“the Authority”) is seeking expressions of interest for the procurement of the criminal exploitation and youth violence prevention programme in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. Further Information The service is scheduled to commence on 1st April 2023 for a period of three years with possible extensions, dependent on performance but that is yet to be confirmed. The Authority is committed to preventing exploitation and violence by offering meaningful support to young people and families. Our exploitation and violence prevention programme aims to deliver skilled and experienced outreach and support to young people and their families. The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from providers of specialist intervention services, working with service users, local communities and partners in agreed localities, to support those at risk of exploitation, involvement or risk of gang activity or those who have been victims or witnesses of violence, exploitation or crime. This exercise is intended to assess the level of interest from potential providers, to provide the services outlined above.
