Tender description

To meet the significant investment needs of its networks, SWS is looking to implement a Contract for Loss Adjusting Services for its public liability insurance related claims function in order to protect the business and to deliver a high level of customer service to its customers and others impacted by incidents where property is damaged. Events that would be covered by SWS Public Liability insurance and claims against SWS arising therefrom are managed by SWS’ inhouse Litigation and Claims Team that sit within the Legal Services function. SWS has an excess of £250k for each and every event and claims up to that limit are largely managed up to conclusion by the Litigation and Claims team with settlements only made where legal liability for an event exists.
