To support Wirral Council, Halton Council, Knowsley Council, Liverpool City Council and Sefton Council to develop and prepare a Joint Waste Management Strategy and collection modelling recommendations. Will include review current services, evaluation of a range of potential collection options to meet new legislation requirements and facilitating workshops with stakeholders.
