Independent Garment/Textile Consultancy Services to Assist the Defence Forces and Civil Defence’s Procurement Offices

In summary, the Services comprise independent garment/textile consultancy services to assist the Defence Forces and Civil Defence’s procurement offices in overseeing the different stages of procuring clothing products from design, through manufacture, to the final acceptance and examination of the finished articles. The successful tenderer(s) will be awarded a separate services contract by the Defence Forces and Civil Defence respectively. Both, The Ordnance Clothing and Equipment Office and The Civil Defence Procurement Section currently have no organic garment/clothing technical expert and require the services of an independent consultancy service to provide technical guidance for future clothing tenders to include: • Operational Uniforms • Ceremonial Uniforms • Sportswear • Motor Cycle Clothing and PPE • Ceremonial Embroidery • Operational and Ceremonial Footwear • Bespoke Band Uniform • Bespoke Presidential Escort of Honour Uniform
