Tender description

The contracting entity intends to establish a Framework Agreement under which it shall appoint an economic operator to enter into a Framework Agreement in respect of the for the design, manufacture, works testing, and delivery of Earth Rods, Copper Earth Tapes & Busbars. The Framework Agreement awarded will be for a period of five (5) years, subject to satisfactory performance review, with an option, entirely at the discretion of the contracting entity, to extend by a further optional period of up to two (2) years, with a total potential duration of seven (7) years.
