CPH040 - Supply of Nicotine Replacement Therapy

Tender description

The purpose of this tender is to appoint an appropriately accredited wholesale distributor(s) to provide a range of licensed Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) products for use by the Live Life Better Derbyshire (LLBD) Stop Smoking Service. The LLBD Stop Smoking Service offers a 12 week programme to smokers and a regular supply of NRT is a key element to a successful quit programme. The contract will enable the Council to purchase NRT products directly from a wholesaler(s) at a discounted rate. The products are in 2 lots: Lot 1 Nicorette or equivalent Lot 2 NiQuitin or equivalent Wholesale bidders can bid for both lots. The contract award will be split into two lots with an award to one successful supplier per Lot. The contract is for 3 years with the option to extend for a further two 12 month periods, with a contract start date of 01 November 2022. Wholesalers can bid for both lots.
