MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for provision of Accredited Laboratory Analytical and Sampling Services for Tipperary County Council, including but not limited to the following: • Test and Report: Analytical Services for testing and reporting only; • Test, Collection and Report: Analytical Services for testing and reporting (collection points in County Tipperary are Nenagh Civic Offices, E45A099 and Clonmel Civic Offices, E91N512). Collection vans must meet the requirements of ISO17025 Accreditation. • Sample, Test, and Report: Analytical Services for sampling, testing and reporting. • The service scope includes Drinking Water, Waste Water and Fresh ( Surface Water and Groundwater), and Saline, ( Brackish), Waters. • Sample River water as directed and delivery or drop off to a designated EPA laboratory for analysis ( locations in Kilkenny, Monaghan & Dublin) Lot 1: MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for provision of Accredited Laboratory Analytical and Sampling Services for Tipperary County Council, including but not limited to the following: • Test and Report: Analytical Services for testing and reporting only in accordance with the relevant legislation specified; • Test, Collection and Report: Analytical Services for testing and reporting in accordance with the relevant legislation specified; collection points are at defined locations in County TIpperary, namely Nenagh Civic Offices, E45A099 and Clonmel Civic Offices, E91N512.
