Please see attached Opportunity Notice. This voluntary transparency notice is to notify potential suppliers of the Authority's intention to award a single sourced contract to Heart Starterz Ltd, for the supply of defibrillators hire and servicing for mobile units of the Gibraltar Defence Police. The supplier shall be responsible for delivering and maintaining up to four defibrillator units within Gibraltar. The Authority has conducted market research and found only Heart Starterz Ltd able to supply, repair and maintain the devices within 2 working days, which is a key requirement for operational use. This notice is published in order to confirm the Authority's market research by inviting suppliers to express an interest in the requirement.
